Musgrave Harbour was the place to be this past weekend, as the local Lions Club and volunteer fire department hosted the annual Musgrave Harbour Scuff & Scoff Festival.

The event, which took place Aug. 13-15, included a parade, demolition derby, music, dances, Texas Hold’em, games of chance, and like the name of the festival suggests, plenty of food and dancing.

Nine-year-old J.D. Tarka, left, and 10-year-old Cody Rideout do their best Rocky Balboa and Apollo Creed pose, as the youth do battle with inflatable bats on the beach.
