Alex Normore scored three goals, while goaltender Stefannie Moak turned away all eight shots, as Hockey Nova Scotia Metro Boston Pizza improved to 3-0 at the 2010 Atlantic Female Hockey Championships with an 8-0 win over Hockey Prince Edward Island Western Wind.

HNS scored a pair in the first, another pair in the second, and topped it off with a four-goal flurry in the third. HPEI, who have had 10 skaters for all its games, just couldn't muster enough energy to put up much of a fight against the high-powered Nova Scotia team.

Normore and Moira Frier scored in the first, while Julia Lawrence and Elena Tsitouras tallied in the second.

Normore added two goals in the third period to complete the hat trick, while Sarah Timmons and Danielle Eustace added singles to complete the scoring for HNS.
