There is a publication ban on evidence given, information received and any reasons for the judge's decision.

The body of 58-year-old Winston Hunt was found inside a home in Trinity around 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 13. His body was later transported to St. John's for an autopsy. Police have not released the cause of death.
