Who rules the world? Is it the Devil or our God? Well, I don't believe in the Devil as a real thing. The Devil is the evil that is found in our hearts. In a way, most of the people in the world are the Evil One.

Now, if there was a real devil, I'd point my finger at Danny Williams. Whenever he appears on TV, I can see two horns sticking out of his head. And look how he lambasted the leader of the NDP, Lorraine Michael. Now that woman is a former nun. Only someone with an evil mind would lambaste a nice lady like that. Shame on Premier Williams. He turned the Confederation Building into Hell.

Too foolish to talk about -

Now, if there was a real devil, I'd point my finger at Danny Williams. Whenever he appears on TV, I can see two horns sticking out of his head. Now I believe in Hell, but not as the place of everlasting flame. It is just a place where it is cold and wet. This is why I'm not going there. When I die my body will be thrown in a furnace. My ashes will be taken and put in a beef bucket, and taken in on the barrens. Then they will be scattered into the wind.

And if God is real and good, he will let me haunt some of the people who come in on the barrens.

Who rules the world? That's the question I asked at the very beginning. With all the evil that is going on, we can't say God is in control. Take a look at what is going on in the world. On the news, there are stories of crime and more crime. For darn well sure, that is not the way God wanted it.

The Good Book says that God is merciful and loving. We were created in his image. But for the life of me, I can't figure out why we look like God, but act like the Devil.

Look at what is going on in places like Iraq. Innocent people are getting killed because some fool wants his own way. Out there they look down on people who are from another country. That doesn't make sense. We might have a different colour and speak a different language, but we all stand on two legs.

What good does it do to drive a car into a crowd and set off explosives? That only proves that the one who did it is a murderer. And the ones who flew the planes into the Twin Towers were sick in the head.

In my 64 years on earth, I have seen things that made my stomach roll over. I remember one day when I was walking through a town. There in a window was a sign, No Jehovah Witness.

Now that was pretty awful of the people who owned that house. Those Witness are only humans, the same as you and me. Why turn them away? If they come to your house don't hide in the bedroom. You could invite them in. Just because you are having a yarn with them doesn't mean that you're turning to their religion. They've been coming to see me for years, and I'm still the same old non-religious man.

Black, yellow, red or white, people are still human. And because of the fact that we are human, we must learn to get along. "Do unto others as you would like them to do into you."

But that is not always possible. Go to a big city. You will find many neighbourhoods, and many of them have its own race and colour. I call them bloody fools. If we are cut, we all have the same colour of blood. What would a person do if he or she was dying and needed blood? Would it be turned down because of race? Not likely. When you need help, anyone you can get to donate blood is good.

Who is ruling the world? We are. But we haven't got sense enough to do it right.
