Texas Rangers vs Arizona Diamondbacks Score, Highlights, News and Live Watch

The Texas Rangers could be World Series champions on Wednesday. The Rangers beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 11-7 in Game 4 to take a 3-1 series lead over Texas. The game erupted early as the Rangers jumped out to a quick 10-0 lead. But Arizona bounced back, forcing the Rangers to use Jose Leclerc in what should have been an easy win.

On Wednesday, the Diamondbacks turned things around for ace Zach Galen, who struggled in his first World Series start against the Rangers, giving up three earned runs over five innings in Game 1. The starter is Nathan Ewaldi, so the team’s overtaxed bullpen won’t have to be used much.

In five innings of Game 4, Gallen threw a no-hitter and the Rangers mustered just one walk against him.

Ewaldi, meanwhile, found himself in a jam in every inning — and left them all 0-0.

Yahoo Sports provides the latest news, highlights and updates as the Diamondbacks face the Rangers in Game 5 of the World Series.
